These terms cover your use of the website spendhack.app and the SpendHack plugin for ChatGPT (together, “SpendHack”). SpendHack is published by an individual (“we,” “us”). By using SpendHack, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, do not use SpendHack.

What SpendHack is

SpendHack is a free informational service. It shows product information from amazon.com and publishes shopping guides.

SpendHack does not sell products, take payments, place orders or handle shipping or returns. All purchases happen on Amazon, under Amazon’s terms. SpendHack is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon, and it is not made by OpenAI.

Who can use SpendHack

You must be at least 13 years old to use SpendHack. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use SpendHack only with a parent or guardian’s permission.

Prices, deals and accuracy

Prices, coupons, deals and availability come from Amazon and change often.

  • What SpendHack shows may be out of date by the time you reach Amazon.
  • The price and terms Amazon shows at checkout are the ones that apply.
  • Coupons and deals are offered by Amazon or its sellers under their own terms. SpendHack can’t promise that a coupon or deal will apply to your order.
  • Ratings, review counts and product details come from Amazon and are not checked by us.

Acceptable use

You may not:

  • use SpendHack for anything illegal;
  • send automated or bulk requests, scrape the service, or try to overload it;
  • try to break, probe or get around its security;
  • resell or redistribute SpendHack’s results as your own service;
  • use SpendHack to mislead others about prices or products.

We may limit or block access that breaks these rules.

Our content

The text, design and guides on spendhack.app belong to SpendHack, unless they are someone else’s (for example, Amazon product data and trademarks, which belong to Amazon and its sellers). You may share links to our pages and quote short parts with credit. Do not copy whole pages.

Third-party services

SpendHack links to and relies on services we don’t control, including Amazon and ChatGPT. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We are not responsible for their content, products, prices or practices.

Provided “as is”

SpendHack is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes any warranty of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost money, savings, profits or data, arising from your use of SpendHack or from any purchase you make on Amazon. Our total liability for any claim related to SpendHack is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Some places don’t allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

Changes to SpendHack and these terms

We may change, pause or stop SpendHack at any time. We may also update these terms. When we do, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the effective date. If you keep using SpendHack after a change, you accept the updated terms.
